Bocca di Bacco 635 9th Ave Tuscan trattoria known for handmade pasta. ($35+ an Entree)
Rezdôra 8.6 Beli. 27 E 20th St Michelin-starred Emilia-Romagna–focused pasta restaurant. It says very expensive but doesn’t look too bad from the menu and reservations look pretty easy to get.
Babbo 8.5 on Beli 110 Waverly Place Flagship Italian restaurant known for regional pastas. Mid-range prices for me ($34 an entrée.)
