Me is we, in that yes, I designed this guide for visitors to Manhattan, but also it’s “we” because it’s more than one of us.
This IS the beginning of Visit Manhattan, beginning in November 2025. I always had the idea to share everything, every non-tourist thing about Manhattan that I love to do. And so, I started this website, taking pictures of all the food and places that I frequent.
I realized it wasn’t possible to go to EVERY place that I want to recommend. But I still wanted to make it easier, not only for people who visited Manhattan, but for those of us who live here and forgot about how to enjoy our own neighborhoods.

What you will find on Visit Manhattan, is a curated list of things to do, places to explore and events to attend. So whether you are a tourist, visiting for the first time, or a NYer who lives in Manhattan, or nearby, you will find something that I (we) have spent hours reading reviews, looking at pictures, drawing a consensus whether something is worth your time and money.
