Whether you are a first-time visitor or a lifelong local, here is a list of unique things to do in Manhattan that you might not think about.  I’ll admit, I haven’t done them all, but personally, I love the waterfront aspects of Manhattan.  If I can’t have the beach, I’ll take the river!
