Macy’s Herald Square hosts its annual Flower Show this spring, transforming the iconic department store into a large-scale floral installation inspired by American greenhouse culture.

Running from April 23 through May 10, the 2026 edition—titled Homegrown—features immersive displays including towering planters, stained-glass garden panels, and yarn-wrapped trees spread throughout the store. Visitors can explore themed environments designed to highlight seasonal renewal, blending retail space with visual storytelling and large-format floral design.

The experience includes interactive elements such as curated pathways, themed installations, and a dedicated collaboration with Valentino Beauty, offering a multi-sensory floral concept built around fragrance and color.

Open during regular store hours, the Flower Show is free to visit and remains one of New York’s most accessible seasonal attractions, drawing both casual visitors and those specifically looking for spring-themed experiences in the city.
