This list of little-known Manhattan restaurants offers a wide range of cuisines and locations, so no matter where you are, you’ll find a delicious and unusual place to go. The point of the list is NOT that they are little-known, but we can’t figure out WHY they are little-known. They are that good, we think they deserve a little bit of love. And mostly, they won’t break the bank. No more reading Yelp and TripAdvisor reviews. I’ve done all that for you! I have been to a few of them, but I didn’t want to take up space in this list by adding my review.
I viewed every single website (this list was a lot longer – for those that didn’t make the cut), plus I also read multiple reviews to ensure that they had at least 4.5 stars on multiple review sites. But listen, you will need to check them out for yourself. The chances are you will be very happy with your selection and, more than likely, not have too much of a wait or problem getting a reservation. Aside from the fact that this made me absolutely starving, it also made me realize that for the next 200 days, I’d better leave my neighborhood a lot more often!
