The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce hosts its spring “Shop Small Biz” Street Fair this May, transforming Second Avenue into a large open-air marketplace dedicated to local businesses.

Running on May 2 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, the event stretches for approximately 20 blocks, from East 68th Street to East 86th Street, offering visitors the chance to explore a wide range of small vendors, community stalls, and local products.

Throughout the day, attendees can walk the avenue, browse goods, and engage directly with independent businesses. The event also features a light entertainment program, including ambient music and a live opera performance in the afternoon.

Open rain or shine, the fair provides a casual, accessible way to experience neighborhood commerce and support small businesses across the Upper East Side.
