I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Kausa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff made me feel right at home. I have to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Maria — she was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, Maria made our meal feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality, and she truly enhanced the dining experience.

As for the food, everything I tried was exceptional. I had the grilled chicken with a side of fresh veggies and a crisp salad, and it was cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right, while the vegetables were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly roasted. The salad was also a highlight — crisp, refreshing, and dressed beautifully. The portion sizes at Kausa are very generous; what I ordered was more than enough for two people, which I really appreciated.

Kausa’s menu offers so many tempting options. I noticed dishes like their lomo saltado, causa rellena, and the seafood options, all beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavor. The balance of traditional Peruvian ingredients with modern presentation really sets their food apart. I also saw patrons enjoying ceviche and the quinoa bowls, which looked fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

Maria’s excellent service, paired with Kausa’s delicious food, generous portions, and welcoming atmosphere, ensures that I will definitely be returning.
