La Tazza D’Oro is one of those places that feels both sophisticated and comfortable, ideal for a quick cappuccino, a sweet indulgence, or a leisurely lunch. Everything I tried was top-notch, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable with their friendly service and genuine enthusiasm.
I tried the veggie quiche, which was excellent. The crust was perfectly crisp and buttery, holding a flavorful, well-seasoned filling that tasted fresh and homemade. As a side, I ordered the roasted cauliflower—though I didn’t really need it, it was savory and delicious, with just the right amount of char and seasoning.
New to the Union Square café scene as of October 2025, La Tazza D’Oro is already making its mark. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for authentic Italian flavors, decadent desserts, and a cozy yet refined atmosphere.
