Peak With Priceless

The first thing you notice when you walk into Peak with Priceless is the view. It’s not just pretty, it’s shocking. You’re suddenly staring at the Hudson River, the World Trade Center, the Statue of Liberty, and even New Jersey stretching out in the distance. It’s one of those moments where whatever else happens afterward almost doesn’t matter; you’ve already arrived. The view alone feels like the main event.

Then comes the food, and it delivers. I sat at the bar, had a fresh, beautifully prepared salad, perfectly cooked trout, and a perfect glass of wine.

Simple, elegant, satisfying. I was genuinely thrilled. Everything felt polished without being stuffy. And the desserts? They looked like edible art. I desperately wanted one, but I’m on a serious diet, so I resisted. I’m officially saving dessert for next time.

I’ve decided this is no longer a place only for “special occasions.”  This is a place for whenever I need a pick-me-up.  Which, it ends up, might be pretty often!  You don’t even need to visit The Edge, but you do get tickets included with any $60 or more purchase at this glorious place.  Well worth every moment I spent there!
